Return for Refund:

All content and materials on this website are copy right protected. Using any content or material from this website is prohibited.
1. If you are not satisfied with our Quantum Pendant, you may return it to us within 15 days, starting from the date of purchase. You are responsible for all return costs.
2.The returned Quantum Pendant must meet all the following conditions:
-No signs of worn or used.
-No scratches, smudges, chips, dents.
-Not broken.
-Serial number on the pendant must be viewable and readable.
3. Return of our Quantum Pendant must be in its original box with all original packing material, manuals, warranty cards (not filled out) and any other material that came with the product.
4. Return will be refused and we will not issue any refund if the product returned shows signs of having been worn or used. In such cases, the item will only be shipped back to the purchaser.
5. The serial numbers of the returned Quantum Pendant must match the one in our data. Otherwise your return will be refuse for any refund.
Return for Exchange:
In case of shipping and handling issues. We will only exchange for broken Pendants within the 15 days of our guaranteed. Exchanges will only be accepted for the same or higher value item. All return for exchange MUST arrive in our door within the 15 days process, starting from that date of purchased. You are responsible for all shippping in return of the broken Pendants.
You will again, be charge $5.00 per pendant for shipping.
All return for exchange must contain the following items:
- The broken Pendants
- Original box, card, paper work, documents, etc.
- Copy of receipt
- $5.00 x number of pendants returned. For example, if you returned 5 broken pendants, your shipping costs will be $25.00.
